Business Development Fund at URC2025: meeting with the Council of Europe Development Bank

Andriy Hapon, Chairperson of the Board of the Business Development Fund, and Valerii Mayboroda, First Deputy Chairperson of the Board, held a meeting with the management of the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB Bank) on the sidelines of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome.

During the meeting, they discussed the launch of a new project aimed at supporting micro-enterprises in Ukraine.

The initiative provides liquidity to Ukrainian banks for lending to micro-businesses, as well as compensation for part of the investment costs of entrepreneurs.

The project is scheduled to start by the end of this year.

We are working together to ensure that Ukrainian microbusinesses have access to financing, even in the context of recovery and the challenges of war.
