Governance of the National Development Institution is built on the separation of supervisory and executive functions. The Supervisory Board sets the strategic direction and oversees the Institution’s activities, while the Management Board runs day-to-day operations and is responsible for delivering the strategy.

Oversees the activities of the Management Board, sets the strategic direction of the Institution and ensures adherence to the principles of good corporate governance. It comprises independent members and representatives of the State.
Executive body5 members
Runs the day-to-day operations of the Institution and is responsible for delivering its strategy, managing risks and upholding responsible finance standards. Areas of responsibility are allocated among Board members in line with their functional roles.
