Business Development Fund Strengthens International Cooperation

A working meeting was held at the Business Development Fund (BDF) with representatives of Poland’s development bank, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK)—one of the key instruments for implementing Poland’s state development policy

BGK pursues a mission to foster Poland’s sustainable socio-economic development, including through the mobilisation and effective use of private capital to support economic and social projects.

During the meeting, the parties discussed concrete steps to expand cooperation between institutions performing similar functions in supporting their respective economies.

In addition, the discussion covered potential cooperation on advisory support to prepare the Fund for the European Union’s pillar assessment, an important milestone on the path toward international recognition of the BDF as a national development institution.

Deepening cooperation with European institutions strengthens the Fund’s institutional capacity and brings Ukraine closer to full integration into the European Union’s financial architecture.
