The Program “From class to work: Workplace-based training for women and other groups” is being implemented by the Business Development Fund within the frame work of the Multi-Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery, which is financed by the European Union, Germany, Poland, Estonia, and is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL).
The program will start in June 2025 and will offer retraining of candidates provided by employers according to the needs of the manufacturing or service sector. As as result, future employees will be ready for real working environment snd conditions from the first day.
In close cooperation with employers, the candidates will undergo retraining in educational institutions using adapted training programs for blue-collar and technical professions. Retraining will be carried out in accordance with the needs of the employer. One third of the training process will consist of practical training.
The overall goal of the Program within the framework of the Multi-Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery is to improve the activities of educational institutions, identify and meet the current needs of employers for qualified personnel, retrain and improve the qualifications of candidates provided by the employer, primarily women, ensure their employment, and popularize blue-collar professions that were traditionally considered male.
In order to determine the needs of the labor market and potential participants, an ALL-UKRAINIAN SURVEY is being conducted among employers.

Selection of participants and determination of winners:
The rating system (of the IT Platform) of the Business Development Fund will automatically rate and determine the winners.
