Andriy TELYUPA

 

Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine with over 20 years of professional experience in public procurement, finance, energy, entrepreneurship development, and public administration. Before joining the Ministry of Economy, he held senior roles at the National Bank of Ukraine and JSC Ukrzaliznytsia, where he led the transformation of procurement systems, oversaw large-scale tender processes, and introduced digital tools. He played a key role in reforming procurement legislation and in the implementation of the Prozorro system. Earlier in his career, he worked in the private sector, gaining substantial experience in international trade, consulting, and management. Areas of expertise: entrepreneurship development, financial policy, public procurement, investment, digital transformation, and change management.

Roman FEDORCHENKO

 

A veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Roman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in electric power, energy efficiency, and renewable energy. He has led business development projects at Ukraine’s largest private energy holding, where he established and implemented new initiatives in the field of energy efficiency. His expertise includes building effective organizational structures, leading teams, and advancing legislative initiatives related to energy efficiency and energy services. Roman has also contributed to the development and launch of innovative products and services for the retail energy market.

Magda DULCZEWSKA

 

Has more than 25 years of professional experience in the banking and financial sectors in Poland. Held numerous managerial positions, including as CEO and President of the Management Board of Fundusz Mikro Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in micro-lending. She led the company since 2004, ensuring its dynamic growthand from Fundusz Mikro in 2009 she created a bank FM Bank (now after mergers Nest Bank). She was CEO of that bank for 3 years. Possesses solid knowledge in retail, corporate, and mostly micro and SME banking. Has significant experience in managing organizations during periods of growth and change, as well as in developing and implementing strategies that contributed to increased profitability and strengthened market positions.

Volker RENNER

 

With over 20 years of experience serving on the supervisory boards of financial institutions across 20 countries, he is a seasoned leader in the banking sector. Former CEO of ProCredit Bank Ukraine, he has also worked as a banking consultant and technical assistance provider for Ukrainian banks in collaboration with the German-Ukrainian Fund and the EBRD. He possesses deep expertise in designing and implementing strategies for institutional growth, including the transformation of microfinance organizations into fully fledged commercial banks. His key areas of competence include MSME financing, financial inclusion, digital transformation, risk management, and business crisis recovery. His professional track record spans Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, and Germany.
