Building a Stronger Investment Environment for Ukraine!

Andrii Hapon, Chairperson of the Management Board of the National Development Institution (NDI), participated in the panel discussion “The State for Investors: Building Ukraine’s Investment Ecosystem”, dedicated to strengthening the conditions for investment and development projects in Ukraine.

The discussion focused on how to make Ukraine’s investment ecosystem more transparent, accessible, and practical for businesses — from identifying opportunities to implementing projects. Key topics included development finance, access to state assets, industrial parks, public-private partnerships, regulatory support, and investor facilitation.

During the panel, Andrii Hapon presented NDI’s vision for building a modern development finance system in Ukraine. He emphasized that the Institution is designed to become a key element of the country’s investment infrastructure by providing businesses with access to financial instruments that support investment, infrastructure, and industrial projects.

The discussion brought together representatives of government institutions, the financial sector, and the business community around a shared goal: creating a clear and effective framework for supporting investors, accelerating economic recovery, and attracting private capital to Ukraine.
